Great place to live and an amazing staff! Any issues or concerns that may occur are handled quickly with swift communication. Lauren and Jacky provided great additional support to get situated in the building. Highly recommend them or any members of staff to contact with any questions!

Great building. The building is quiet and clean. Most leasing consultants are not even picking up the phone but Jonathan is very professional and always answering the phone and helping.

I’m living to Blu27 since September 2023, the best decision I have ever taken in Miami. Lauren Restrepo is professional and amazing!!!! Incredible attention from reception onwards, they made me feel very good and cared for, they listened to me and treated me in a very special way, the building is beautiful, the amenities are complete and the coexistence in the place is very pleasant, even everything smells very good :), thanks to Lauren for taking such good care of me!
